is the Authority's plan to 'piggyback' Lancaster County's future landfill
on top of the County's inactive Creswell Landfill.

– 30 - 50 years (depending upon the efficiency and life of the Resource
Recovery Facility)
Net Capacity - 30,200,000 cubic yards
Final Elevation - 782 feet above sea level
"Footprint"
- 143 acres
Total costs are estimated at $131 million over the 50-year lifespan (2005
dollars) = $4.35 per cubic yard.
On November 17,
2005, ARM Group Inc. presented an Executive Summary of the Preliminary
Engineering Design Report for the Re-Use of the Creswell Landfill to the
Authority Board.
