Melvin
E. Rosier, Chairperson
Melvin
E. Rosier is the current Chairperson; he was appointed to the Board
in 2002 and his current term expires December 31, 2011. Mr. Rosier
was a teacher in Erie County for five years before receiving a doctorate
in education administration from Penn State University in 1964.
He went on to become the Principal of the Rothrock High School in
Mifflin County. In 1966 he became Assistant Superintendent for the
Mifflin County School District, then Superintendent for the Lampeter-Strasburg
School District in 1968. A member of the Rotary Club, he also serves
on the North Museum Corporate Board, and is President of the Lampeter-Strasburg
Educational Foundation. He lives in Willow Street with his wife
Mary, and has two children and two grandchildren. |

Edward Gordon, Vice Chairperson
R.
Edward Gordon is the current Vice Chairperson; he was appointed
to the Board in 2003 and his current term expires December 31, 2013.
A Certified Public Accountant, he joined Wohlsen Construction Company
in 1992, and serves as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Gordon has been involved in the community by serving
on the Boards of EDC Finance Corporation of Lancaster County, Schreiber
Pediatric Rehab Center, and Goodwill Industries of Southeastern
Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified
Public Accountants; Financial Executives Institute, Central PA Chapter;
and the Construction Financial Management Association of Central
PA. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A.
degree and the Leadership Lancaster program, and is a Certified
Construction Industry Financial Professional. |

K. Musser, Secretary
John
K. Musser is the current Secretary; he was appointed to the Board
in 1996 and his current term expires December 31, 2010. Mr. Musser
is President of Musser Supply Inc. and lives in West Hempfield Township.
He has served the community on the boards of Lancaster General Hospital-Susquehanna
Division, Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Oil Heat Council of Lancaster
and First Union Bank. He is a member of Mountville Church of the
Brethren and enjoys boating, skiing and soccer with his family. |

S. Kassees,
Treasurer
John
S. Kassees is the current Treasurer; he was appointed to the Board
in 1985 and his current term expires December 31, 2009. Mr. Kassees
is a 1953 graduate of University of Pennsylvania. He is President
and owner of American Testing Laboratories, Inc., which has served
Lancaster County and the neighboring counties since 1953 in the
testing of drinking water and wastewaters, geotechnical engineering
and foundations and materials testing for construction purposes.
Mr. Kassees is affiliated with many community organizations that
include: Lancaster North East Rotary, President of Lancaster County
Masonic Center, Past-Master of Masonic Lodge No. 764, Board of Governors,
Masonic Learning Center for Dyslexia, and Member of St. John Lutheran
Church. Mr. Kassees is also a member of several professional organizations:
American Society for Testing and Materials, American Concrete Institute,
American Welding Society, Life Member of American Water Works Association,
and DEP Certified Laboratories for Testing of Drinking Waters. |

William
K. Ebel, Jr.
William
K. Ebel, Jr. was appointed to the Board in 1994 and his current
term expires December 31, 2009. Prior to joining the board, Mr.
Ebel was a member of the Authority's Citizen Advisory Committee.
He retired from Ford New Holland in 1992 after working there for
32 years. He served as a Commissioner in Manheim Township from 1992
to 1999. Currently, he is an active member of the Lancaster County
Transportation Authority, the Lancaster Utility Advisory Committee
(City Sewer and Water) and the Lancaster Inter-Municipal Committee's
Greenway and Parks Advisory Board. A native of Baltimore, Maryland
and a resident of Lancaster County since 1960, Mr. Ebel is a graduate
of Cornell University, receiving his BS in 1954. He received an
MBA in 1960 from the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
He has three grown children and five grandchildren. |

Gerald
(Jack) G. Frost
Gerald
(Jack) G. Frost was appointed to the Board in 1991 and his current
term expires December 31, 2012. A native of upstate New York, with
an undergraduate degree from Cornell University, he came to Lancaster
to work at Ford New Holland (then New Holland Machine Co.) He retired
July 1, 1991 having spent 33 years in the service department there,
the last 14 years as service manager for North America. He is a
35-year member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of New Holland,
served 20 years on the Board of Directors for the Coatesville Savings
Bank and 18 years on the Eastern Lancaster County school board,
11 of them as president. Prior to joining the Authority's Board,
Mr. Frost was on the board of the Government Self Insurance Fund.
He is a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ. |

Barbara
B. Hammel
Barbara
B. Hammel was appointed to the Board in 1992 and her current term
expires December 31, 2011. Ms. Hammel has served in numerous governmental
positions, both in Washington D.C. and Lancaster County. Previous
local positions included township manager in both Clay and Lancaster
Township. |

Lester
O. Houck
Lester
O. Houck was appointed to the Board in 2001 and his current term
expires December 31, 2011. Mr. Houck has been a Supervisor for Salisbury
Township for 26 years. He has been a member of the Authority's Citizens
Advisory Committee, the Lancaster County Planning Commission and
Lancaster County Housing and Development Authorities. |

Karen
M. Weibel
Karen
M. Weibel was appointed to the Board in 2009 and her term expires
December 31, 2013. Prior to joining the board, Ms. Weibel was a
member of the Authority's Citizen Advisory Committee. She has been
a Lititz Borough Council member since 2006 and served on the Lititz
Borough Planning Commission for ten years. She has served on various
Lancaster County Planning Commission committees including the Growth
Management Update Task Force, Housing Plan Update and Long Range
Transportation Plan Update. A literacy advocate, Ms. Weibel has
been active in The Literary Council of Lancaster-Lebanon for over
23 years, serving the past eight years in various executive positions.
Other current community service activities include the Lititz/Warwick
Joint Strategic Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, Lancaster
Housing Opportunity Partnership and The Hourglass Foundation. She
is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster, has completed the Lancaster
County Master Planner program and is a graduate of the University
of Rhode Island with a B.F.A. degree.
