As part of our ongoing community stewardship, LCSWMA has constructed several miles of public recreational trails and parkland in three Lancaster communities. LCSWMA's Farmingdale Trail, located off of Good Drive in Lancaster County, offers several multi-use trails that treat visitors to native wetlands, rustic woodland and charming parkland. In addition, LCSWMA partnered with area municipalities and organizations to develop the Northwest River Trail.

Currently under construction, the Northwest River Trail will be open for public use and consist of a 14-mile multi-use trail that spans from Columbia Borough to Conoy Township in Lancaster County.
