Chief Financial Officer
The CFO reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the 6-person Executive Team, which is responsible for developing and driving organization strategy. The CFO is responsible for preserving and growing LCSWMA assets by directing and overseeing all the financial, risk management, and IT activities of the organization. This position has primary accountability for the overall development and implementation of the financial strategy and effective and accurate financial reporting. The function oversees planning, budgeting and accounting, governance, risk management and technology infrastructure and systems.

Operates Authority vehicles (Truck Tractors, Dump, Roll-off, and other trucks) to transfer waste between LCSWMA facilities and assigned destinations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
Responsibilities include coding manifests, screening waste, controlling traffic, properly processing waste, off-loading trucks, and maintaining facility grounds and equipment.
Yard Jockey (Transfer Station Complex)
Responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of trash trailers between tunnel, scales, and parking pads, as well as janitorial maintenance of the yard area and scales.
