Resolution No. 2000-1

BACKGROUND: The Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority (LCSWMA) has previously adopted the LCSWMA Pension Plan; hereinafter called the Plan effective as of March 1, 1979 and amended October 1, 1989; and appointed members to the Administrative Committee in accordance with Article IX of the Plan; and

WHEREAS, LCSWMA desires to communicate to the Trustee/Custodian the names and signatures of those individuals who are currently appointed as members of the Administrative Committee and are authorized to issue instructions to the Trustee/Custodian;

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that LCSWMA authorizes the following individuals as members of the Administrative Committee, to issue instructions to the Trustee/Custodian and further authorizes the Trustee/Custodian to accept written and verbal instructions or information pertaining to the reference Plan from any one of the Administrative Committee Members listed below:
