Recycle Right Tip: Plastic Bags Don't Belong in the Bin
Plastic bags - including grocery and trash bags - should NOT go in your recycling bin. If you collect your recyclable materials in a plastic bag, please empty the recyclables into your bin, and place the plastic bag in your trash. Bags are harmful to recycling sorting equipment. If you would like to recycle your plastic grocery bags, visit Earth911.com for drop-off locations near you. Let's #RecycleRightLancaster!
